We are the Rose girls and we are here to make your life a little easier and a little sweeter. A little about who we are and how Rosie Dreams Confectionary came to be. My name is Danielle, and I am the creative mind behind the cookies you see. My mom, Denice ("Rosie"), is the mastermind behind the different flavors we offer. This adventure began for us near the end of 2020 as I began to play around with decorating Christmas cookies, using Royal Icing and a lot of Pinterest. When I received comments from my family on not only how cute they were, but how delicious they tasted, I wanted to try another batch. Through the first few batches, I struggled with the icing consistency, which tips to use, my color not turning out right, and my cookies breaking (meaning I had to eat them, of course). After a few batches, I finally discovered my icing recipe, and everything else fell into place. I delivered my first order back in April of 2021 and have not looked back since. I am sure by now you are asking, enough about you Danielle, where does your mom come in to play? My mom has been known for her baking since she was 16 years old. Her gift for close family and friends is to make that person's favorite dessert whether she had made it before or not. She is very dangerous around birthdays and holidays for your diet, at least from my personal experience. She has helped broaden our flavor palette with flavors like Pumpkin Spice, Apple Cider and Strawberry Lemonade. We both love baking and putting our hearts into everything we do, and we are so excited to make your special event a cookie dream come true.
